Many people don’t know the difference between concrete and cement and if asked they are likely to say something like, “I’ve never really thought about it but, aren’t they the same thing?” While concrete and cement are related they’re nowhere near the same thing.
Even though the terms concrete and concrete often are used interchangeably, they are not the same thing. Concrete really includes cement and other things, such as aggregates and paste. The aggregates include small materials like sand, gravel or crushed rock, while the paste–the item that holds the aggregates together–is Water and Portland cement.

You can lower the setting speed by adding sugar to the mixture.The strength is much more in the concrete mix as it contains stones. This makes the structure stronger and durable. Concrete is frequently used for constructing the sidewalks, roads, subways, the edges of the pools, as well as skyscrapers.
